architectural detail interior design excellent assistance
The architecture and classic interior design. Concierge staff coordinated the retrieval of my laptop, left at the airport, to another location. Antonio Abades and Irene Velasco offered excellent assistance! The breakfast served in the historical building was AMAZING!!!

comfortable sleep delicious breakfast spacious room
The hotel provided a comfortable sleep. I savored the delicious hot buffet breakfast. I especially enjoyed the Iberian ham! My room was a beautiful room, surprisingly spacious and decorated with 'white lotus' vibes. Lunch included a salad with tomatoes, anchovies, and a mimosa that contained orange juice and bitter marmalade.
I noticed some confusion among staff about policies. I found that bathroom amenities were not consistently replenished after I used them. I needed to request them at the reception.

The room featured crisp linens, blackout curtains, and soundproofing. This made for peaceful rest. A spacious desk with multiple power outlets allowed for convenient work. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh pastries, fruits, and hot dishes. I was very satisfied. The onsite restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating with attentive service. The food was AMAZING!!!

i stayed in a beautiful twin room for three nights. the building has excellent architecture and historic details. the staff provided a guided tour, giving detailed explanations about the hotel.
the check-in process was not efficient. it took longer than expected. also, my room did not receive turn-down service on one night. housekeeping also did not replenish used coffee cups.

a MAGNIFICENT hotel
open-air patio efficient staff great breakfast
i visited this historical building. its beautiful and well maintained. the breakfast buffet is very good and the open air patio is amazing. the pool is perfect for the hot weather. the staff is great and efficient. i found the location amazing at the HEART of the city with walkable access to most attractions.
our room had some sort of BUGS that bit us. it happened on our first night and now i have hives all over my legs.

This hotel included amazing architectural details and classic design. I found it to be enchanting. The concierge staff assisted me in retrieving my laptop. I had accidentally left it at the airport upon departure. Both hotel staff coordinated its return. This was amazing.
The gym seems to be a bit of an afterthought. It is outside in a small building. This may be a temporary situation.
